The Village of Suffern and The Suffern Chamber of Commerce present the second annual "Movie Under the Stars' on the Crotty Field at the Suffern baseball complex.

 
This year's feature is 'Star Wars' and there is no cost to attend this event.  

Once again the movie will be shown on a big screen and will get started shortly after 8:00pm.  The weather should be great but bring lawn chairs and blankets in order to be comfortable.

 

 
The Suffern Chamber of Commerce will be handing our Star Wars themed fruit snacks to the children in addition to their newly produced brochure that promotes the Village of Suffern. Suffern Little League will also have the concession stand open so that attendees can enjoy the full movie experience.
 
Which movie will be shown?  Either the first or the fourth depending upon who you ask.  Star Wars--the first movie in the series will be shown alough with the inclusion of the prequels, it would now actually count as the fourth movie in the series.  The name of the actual movie is being shown: Star Wars, A new hope.
