PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Suffern proposes toadopt a Local Law amending Section 254-65 of the Vehicle and Traffic Code of the Village ofSuffern "Limiting Parking to 15 Minutes in Front of 114 Orange Avenue."

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Public Hearing on said proposed LocalLaw shall be held at the Village of Suffern Municipal Building, 61 Washington Avenue, Suffern,New York, on February 9, 201 2 at 7:25 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that copies of the full text of the proposed LocalLaw are available at the Office of the Village Clerk, 61 Washington Avenue, Suffern, New York,and that, at the aforesaid Public Hearing, all parties will be peIluitted to be heard.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Suffern proposes toadopt a Local Law authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law § 3-c.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Public Hearing on said proposed LocalLaw shall be held at the Village of Suffern Municipal Building, 61 Washington Avenue, Suffern, New York, on February 9, 2012 at 7:20 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that copies of the full text of the proposed LocalLaw are available at the Office of the Village Clerk, 61 Washington Avenue, Suffern, New York,and that, at the aforesaid Public Hearing, all parties will be permitted to be heard.

SEALED BIDS will be received until 4 P.M. on the date specified above, at the Village of Suffern, Village Clerk's Office, 61Washington Avenue, Suffern, NY 1090 I, at which time and place lhey wi ll be publicly opened and read aloud.Bids wi ll be received for contracts covering all work related to Suffern Facade Improvement Program as described in the plans andspecifications.

A site inspection and pre-bid conference for the Suffern Facade Improvement Program has been scheduled to begin promptly at 2PM. on December 20th 2011.

The Instructions for Bidders, Fonn of Proposal, Plans and Specifications and all other Contract Documents, may be examined andcan be obtained at the office of:

61 Washington Avenue

Suffern, NY 10901

Bid packages will be avai lable for pick·up between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.

Bid documents can be obtained for a refundable deposit of $150.00 for each set. Checks shall be made payable to the Village of Suffern. Refunds will be contingent upon return of the drawings and specifications in good condition, within 30 days of bid due date.

The Village of Suffern hereby invites the submission of sealed bids on the Suffern Facade Program.

SEALED BIDS will be received until 3 P.M. on the date specified above, at the Village of Suffern, Village CLerk's Office, 61 Washington Avenue. Suffern, NY 10901, at which time and place they will be publically opened and read aloud.
