New Spa in Ramsey Changes the Spa Experience
- 5-29-2009
- Categorized in: Lifestyle
RAMSEY, N.J. – Simply Face & Body is unlike any other spa you’ve ever experienced. That’s quite a claim yet one that the recently opened spa at the Interstate Shopping Center backs up both in performance and product.
While Simply Face & Body has only been in business for a few months, it’s become quite obvious that it is a high-quality, consumer-driven operation that thrives on satisfying its patrons. The spa has a 98-percent satisfaction rate and is striving to make up that two percent in an effort to give its customers the perfect spa experience.
The Ramsey location, which was chosen after months of planning and research, is the flagship for the new spa brand, which provides its guests with expertly delivered facial, massage and wax services at affordable prices. SFB debuted on Jan. 23 and has been a big hit with residents on both sides of the State line since. View Photo Gallery
"We don’t have all the amenities of a full day spa," said Chris Fields, the senior vice president and chief operating officer for the Red Door Spas Division. "What we do have is the highest level of technical services provided by expertly trained technicians at affordable prices. We’re delivering a massage at a much greater value.
"We are surveying each of our guests when they are finished and if they don’t say it is great or phenomenal, we’ll have them back. We’re looking to attract the spa-savvy consumer who has had many spa experiences. We’re looking for them to continue to come as a way of life. That’s the consumer who we think will become a member here."
Simply Face & Body has 16 people on staff, including six massage therapists and six estheticians. The first facial or massage is $49. Guests will then have the option to participate in the Simply Membership Plan that offers generous discounts and other exclusive benefits. A monthly fee of just $59 includes one complimentary facial or massage service (valued at $79), plus unlimited services at special membership prices including facials and massages locked in at $49 per treatment. Three, six and 12-month memberships are available, and any unused complimentary services roll over from month to month.
Members also receive a discount on retail products that include organically certified and organically derived face and body skincare products from Juice Beauty, Pangea Organics, as well as Villa Floriani. All of the products are in line with the company’s environmentally favorable philosophy.
“Treating yourself to a spa visit should be easy, affordable and above all, relaxing, especially with today’s economic stresses,” said Todd Walter, Chief Executive Officer of Red Door Spas Holdings. “The plan behind the Simply Face & Body concept is to offer everyday consumers a convenient and accessible walk-in spa option that will fit into their day as well as their budget. Guests will enjoy expertly delivered facial, massage, and waxing services in a tranquil, no-fuss, no-attitude environment.”
So give Simply Face & Body a try. The stresses presented by today’s economy can take their toll on anyone. Let Chris Fields’ staff work their magic on you and make your journey a bit easier because once you’ve experience what Simply Face & Body has to offer, there’ll be no turning back.
Simply Face & Body is open 7 days a week, M-F 9:30 to 9:00pm, Sat 9:30 to 7:30 and Sun 10:30 to 6:30pm. Additional information and appointment booking are available by telephone at 877.57.SIMPLY or online at www.simplyfaceandbody.com.
